Not sure I would call that benching a plate, they few women I've seen bench 135lbs looked like female wrestlers or softball players. They were obviously holding it, that's why she let go and to change her grip mid bench. Also any woman of any size, that could bench 135 would know where to place her hands.A) A female benching a plate is impressive
There was nothing wrong with her grip in the first placeNot sure I would call that benching a plate, they few women I've seen bench 135lbs looked like female wrestlers or softball players. I feel the same way. Her grip wasn't "wrong" to me but it was definitely not as wide as say powerlifters usually grip. There was nothing wrong with her grip in the first place
My point was that SHE changed her grip, if she could bench like that she would already know where she wants to have her hands. There was nothing wrong with her grip in the first place
SHE changed her grip upon being told, she didn't NEED to change it. The width of her grip doesn't change that most females aren't moving that with or without being spotted. My point was that SHE changed her grip, if she could bench like that she would already know where she wants to have her hands.
