i took business calculus and got a B :manny: but that was so fukking hard for me and people tell me thats like the easiest calculus out there. i remember having to actually study and do homework every night for that fukking class.

You said you looked for other options. What did you end up studying instead?

You went from wanting to become a mechanic engineer (cool job) to a...........teacher? Well good luck I guess.
i didnt say i wanted to be a mechanic engineer once in this thread. i said i looked into the field because i read they made bank. I was just curious to see what it was about and the requirements

But a teacher breh :snoop:

You still had easier options like Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.

Or if you wanted Healthcare: Nursing

The lad on the left fits the socially awkward engineer stereotype perfectly. Could smell the anexity through the screen
yeah, he was sweating his ass off the whole time. his boy on the right had to help him out alot

i remember i looked into that field because i read they get paid good and i saw all the calculus classes and  started looking at other options :heh:

You think people actually studied for those classes? Nobody cheats like an engineering student. NOBODY.

nikkas on here want you to toil away at school for some shyt that doesn't even fully benefit our people...only expand your own bank account.

Not surprised.

Listening to you basic fukks on here you would think that every cac walking owns a business. :snoop:

everybody cant own or run a business! you blockheads parrot that shyt like its gospel.

there is nothing wrong with going to college and getting a solid degree and earning a good living and providing for your family.

Out here in my damn drawls
I spend my days traveling with account mangers. I'm basically a glorified salesman with a BSME

I meet alot of cool people and see lots of shyt. I was out in the middle of nowhere with the techs checking out an accounts rotolactor a few weeks ago.....fun :mjcry:

It beats sitting at a desk in an office getting :flabbynsick:

Engineering can't help black people? :comeon:

I'm not particularly interested in regular engineering. I want to create stuff that don't exist yet. Bleeding edge, experimental, futuristic shyt. So being a mechanic/electrical engineer working for some corporation just doesn't appeal to me. It's still the same regular ole' 9 to 5 job but with a higher pay. Instead of building the next Ford car or the next smartphone I'd rather fukk with nuclear fusion, exotic particles, quantum computing, nanotechnology, etc.

It just seems way more fun...

what calculus? the only calculus class i ever took was business calculus and it was cause it was the only class left to meet the math requirement. and looking back on it, i did alot of studying but yea i did alot of cheating too. the kids in that class used to look out for one another.

Never said it was wrong at all, I'm simply saying that people act like the route of the doctor, engineer is what everyone should take even if they are against, or have no interest in it.

You all good by me brotha, :blessed:

Guy above me has a point. Many people pursue engineering because of the money. They don't have a passion for it. Many people become doctors but don't give a shyt about their patient's health.

You can get in it for the money all you want, but it takes some sort of passion to get through. Can't even tell you how many people smarter than me flamed out and went into computer science :wow:
