Growing up in the south, I got to see this type of racism up close an in person for the first half of my life. Moving out west, I learned how racism works with liberals.
What this debate demonstrated is most whites can’t get past race. Even if it means contradicting their religious or political beliefs, most whites will put the preservation of whiteness above all else.
