Oh okay.

He still won’t get the nomination for the reason. If he’d won statewide, I think he would be a contender.
I hope Bernie does so hopefully I am wrong but we will see lol.

you might be right, look at 2016

if there's anyone who can pick the worst candidate in their primary...its the democrats :wow:
That was Warren’s year and I’m worried she has the right ideas but missed the train. 2016 was the policy election about the two Americas.

I’m not sure what this one will be.

have to remind myself we're still a few months away from when Trump came down the escalator in 2015

an economic downturn seems pretty likely before the election. The 2.1trillion GOP tax cut that did not raise wages and the GOP straight working for their donors should be the story. You need someone credible like Warren or Bernie to effectively turn that message into votes

the media is jumping on Buttigieg because they can read between the lines. A guy who speaks to progressives, but is giving the thumbs up to corporations by only supporting a public option, not in favor of the government lowering prescription costs through generics, says Iran is Isreal's biggest threat etc..

I really hope the debate stage is where Warren picks up steam because it really feels like the media is ignoring her and the lack of highlighting her recent bills and policy ideas is frustrating as all hell.
I really hope her momentum doesn't pick up. As much as I like her politics and stances, there's too many people who hate her as much as 45,I'm sure @the cac mamba and @DEAD7 can attest to this.

So doesnt nearly have the personality and charisma to take on 45.

I grew up in a blue area of Mississippi with Democrat representatives. Mississippi is a blood red state.

He ain’t winning statewide red states just because he’s won a city.
I'm not sold on Mayor Pete either, I'm saying there's a consolidated push from the media where I'm at to make him seem larger than life, as this super progressive, ideal candidate that America is ready to embrace.

Every soundbite I hear is Mayor Pete, Biden or something stupid 45 just did, along with his 2020 run.

Why does Warren seem like the most competent? Bernie, idk what it is about him, he just seems like a fraud for some reason.

Buttigeg or whatever says alk the right things but his star will fade after a while. Would be interesting to see him debating with Trump, you know Trump would pull the gay card eventually.

Imagine having some fudge packers in the white house. Lmao. I don't see it happening but I didn't see Trump happening either. Wild times.

Dude is a mayor in Indiana and Trump is pres the game is totally different now.
Credibility for the role, yea, that’s out the window, thats how you got bumfukk Indiana mayors and failed senate candidates leading polls, but gay? The US is not voting a gay man president in 2020 and the dems aren’t handing over a clear loser to the national race

Meh. I'd vote for him but I tend to agree that him winning the general seems like a long shot.

That said, it's looking like the Dems will lose anyway at this point so it may not matter. :yeshrug:

They’re going to hate on any Dem and vote red anyway. Stacy Abrams and Gillum taught Dems to do your own thing and stop trying to appeal to pink Republicans
