Left the comforts of Aggie Land, and was able to get ahold of my first steak not well done. It was love at first bite

Depends on the steak.

Fattier steak - Medium and will even be fine at medium well.

Lean steak - medium rare.

Most of us Black Americans like fully cooked meat and joke about whites/others for eating raw meat/raw fish.

Y'all are playing y'all selves not eating sushi and eating fully cooked steak. That shyt is terrible.

I don't order steak at restaurants for this reason. I like it well done or at the least medium well.

And I don't need A1 sauce. If it's seasoned well you don't need any sauce.

I just cooked a New York Strip using only oil and seasoning. Medium rare. shyt was delicious, didn't need a bit of sauce.
