There's no problem with this really, especially since Ross just isn't as sensitive as people want him to be. If he was, there's no way that he would have ever gotten this far.

And there isn't anything about Meek's MMG relationship that is holding him back. I don't think Ross would feel uncomfortable about Meek being a bigger star. And Meek would never want to be part of 50's team, he sees how 50 needs to control his people.
