I respect you Fonzie but you have an agenda here; kinda lame to try to spin this like Flex.

If you look at the reactions from both fans and industry people, I just can't see anyway to agree with you. In the matter of fact I think it's actually sad to see an OG unable to accept even one of his most despised artists' accomplishments - this is what bitterness is.

You gained a huge plus with your 'industry plant' thread and won a lot of people over, but now that the ball is in Meek's court and that waffle dropped some good fire people see the reality of the situation: Meek is drowning. Can he shoot back still and gain some credibility? Absolutely. But as of right now the kid from Canada is leading with a huge gap.

I know you gon neg this anyway, but man: get real. You're better than this from what I've read of you so far

Peace

Nope. Not trying to flip anything.

Why am I looking at the reactions from industry people, about an industry plant? And why am I worried about fans reactions, when they aren't Hip Hop fans?

He doesn't need to "gain credibility" because you can't question Meek's pen. Drake's winning the battle, but the war is already lost.

OP, you are 90% correct.

The other 10% is: fucc that - Meek gotta rap.
If you are a rapper, and somebody come about you about this rap chit, you gotta rap.

Drake, as soft as his chit is, came back.
Meek gotta come back.

But the most important take away from your post is this:

Canada lost.

No one cares about juicing when we can "assume" that everyone does it. But those who are caught? Yes. They get shamed.

Its sort of like how people say that "all cyclists use PEDs, to think otherwise is foolish". That's fine, but not everyone gets treated like Lance Armstrong does, do they?
Let's put it this way, the average person doesn't care either way. As far as Olympic powerlifting or cycling, yeah, because its illegal in those events. You're now jumping to extremes to prove a point :heh:

I don't think he needs to. I think taking away someone's claim as King of Hip Hop, is worse than 2 diss tracks that no one will ever remember. He basically took away his reputation, and how we all look at Drake, and in return? Took a couple of jokes, and a couple of blows.

2 months from now we'll all be on the next Hip Hop fukkery. Maybe Tyga will get raped by a tranny he thought was his friend, or Diddy will go broke or some crazy shyt. Point is it'll be over.

But the one thing no one will ever forget is that Drake aint what we thought he was :ehh:

He def needs to. Everyone is talking about this beef breh. Everyone clowning online and in real life. I went to a party last Saturday and what you think everyone talking about :usure:

This one ain't going away breh. If Drake never responded twice then maybe youd have a point.

Yeah, last Saturday. This shyt is over though. It'll be a hot topic for the next month. But the biggest takeaway is that Drake went from this generation's Jay-Z to this generation's biggest pop star in a matter of days.

oft. You could say he rapped in fake accents. You could say he was on a TV show, and you could he didn't grow up poor. But you could NEVER question his pen, and there was really no doubting that his shyt was fire. He was on his way to (potentially) rap God Level. At some point.

Yep. Drake was a little too good.

This is like when Barry Bonds hit that monster HR in the World Series against the Angels and after that ppl began to really question:usure: if he ws clean.

That's not true and you know it. There's two stories now. Drake having a ghost writer and Drake dissing Meek twice and him not saying anything.

Just go on Meek Twitter/IG, his fans is asking the same question didn't asked Jay Electronica......when you gonna drop that verse nikka you taking long :francis:

And Ghostwriting is "illegal" in Hip Hop. Especially for the lane that Drake is was in.

If you think people are gonna forget them two disses you're stupid. Not because they were hotz but because Meek never responded.
They're on way too big of a platform for Meek not to respond. He out the spotlight on both of em by calling out his mic skills, and nikkas think he's gonna win by being dissed TWICE and not do anything? :russ: I can't stand Drake either and also think he's fraudulent but y'all nikkas are bugging on that :heh:

Meek does need to respond tho and it'd be fairly easy.
