I’m not mad at it. A lot of professions operate with antiquated methods.

Few years back when it was a huge sellers market my realtor would send me a list, I’d reply which I liked, she’d set up appointments. That lil cycle took 3-4 days each time. Meanwhile houses were going under contract same day. Realtor literally couldn’t move fast enough.

So I cut out the middle man saw houses on Redfin and set up the appointment myself for an hour later….told my agent to put in an offer and at what price. They did nothing but the paperwork
