Honestly it's a bit of both. Meek had the lowest buzz out of any philly rapper "Well at least the "main" ones. Reed/Haddy/Quill/Cyss/Cass/State Prop.

Then of course Meek is out there bragging like he's the king of philly and was the first philly mainstream artist. Like Beans cass and Young Gunz didn't do it before him.

So yea it's part jealously. Part Meek not respecting the ones who did it before him.
