I don't understand. So Meek got convicted for aiming a gun at police. But since then he's become a star artist and entrepreneur. Why does she still want him in the system?

The cop and witness who was a cop was known as dirty cops and both lost their jobs. The witness cop admitted he lied for the cop and meek didn’t point the gun at the officer.
