I like Meek Mill but I gotta say no. Meek has limits over what he can provide for an entire LP. His projects are good for some hard beats, stand-out guest features, and a few excellent Meek verses. This can't compete with the lyrical depth and production value of TPAB, Kendrick's rapping and voice aside (I am a big fan though). The amount of literary devices and instrumentation he incorporates is insane

To me, that's a true artistic effort.
Don't get me wrong, so far I'd say this is Meek's best project and will do good numbers too. I gotta feeling R.I.C.O is going to be a big hit and help re-establish him after his sentence. First listen, I'd give the album a 7 or 7.5
