I think he does 100k or over first week. ASAP rocky just did over 100 with no promo.

I think meek is a more popular artist
we'll see. rocky has an almost cult following fanbase kinda like cam did back in the dipset heyday. of course everyone sells far less records nowadays, but you get what im saying. id say anywhere around 75. gonna be interesting tho. he doesnt have a big single out and he's a singles guy.

anyway, skreets need that new intro.

Everyone is

Social media > traditional promo

I don't even know what traditional promo is? A commercial on tv? :mjlol:

Well I'm no music executive or whatever but stuff like radio ads, flyers and billboards, interviews, listening sessions, promo videos, magazines, tour, those vans artists got with the whole album art on it, press kits. All those singles Meek put out didn't even attach the album release and name to it with like a "Dreams Worth More Than Nightmares coming out 6/29" and a preorder link In the description. Point of promo is to get knowledge of the album release out to as many people possible and hype up the release and of course it's easier to do that over a larger span of time if you're not an A lister or have a loyal fanbase. And let's be honest, even if Meek has the streets on lock, it's usually the hipsters and Internet nerds who buy the bulk of albums sales nowadays

drakes verse: Old ways, new women...
Gotta keep em balanced
The girl of your dreams...to me is probably not a challenge
I've been counted out so many times I couldn't count it
Funny how now my accountant is having trouble trying to count it
To the people that think that I owe you ****:
Payback's a **** & you know that ****
Y'all nikkas getting too old for this...
Please don't think nobody notices
I've been up for way too many days
Ya'll sleep enough for me anyway
Y'all don't be doing **** anyway
Y'all are not true to this anyway
OVO / East End / Reps Up
We might just get hit with the RICO
Everyone home for the summer so let's not do nothing illegal
I go make 50 million and I give a million to my people
They gon' go Tony Montana and cop them some Chevys and freak hoes that came from the way, fam
There's not much to say, fam
They told me to tell you you mans just some wasteman
In Memphis, they say I'm the king, I should probably just move in to Graceland
Madonna's the queen, I know it and I'm the king of pop, I'm building Never Never Land

LMAO this reads exactly like a Drake verse, minus the syllables not matching on that Graceland/Never Never Land part

I personally think the real fans who will actually purchase it will know.

Of course they follow him on social media and shyt. I think it'll sell close to or over 100k.

Philly, Norfside
it's gonna come, do its lil 100K, and go

might be big with dusty east coast losers stuck in '03 tho

like people who listen to buddenS and flabolous to this day

1.) He will be dissing Ross this time next year or earlier.
2.) He will have a free Meek (off of MMG) type movement on Instagram.
3.) Ross will post a picture with him, AR-ab, and Dark Lo on Instagram with some stupid caption about respecting Philly.
4.) Nicki and Safari make up and they post a picture smiling on Instagram.
5.) AR-ab and Dark Lo give a 1 hour YouTube video talking about killing 3 people last week and saying they cool with both side, while taking slick shots at both sides.
6.) Meek is caught with a gun and gets 120 months in federal prison.
7.) AR-ab dies in a car accident
8.) Dark Lo is killed a few months later.
9.) Nicki "sextape" drops
10.) Ross struggles to find success in music but has success with other ventures.

:what: yall nikkas disgusting
