Meek Mill just started his house arrest sentence last week, but according toTMZ, his legal team is already appealing the ruling. According to the report, Meek isn't mad that he has to be under house arrest for the next three months, but that he can't record or perform any music during the stretch. A Philadelphia judge sentenced Meek to house arrest in February, and many saw it as a win because he didn't have to go back to jail. The major stipulation with the sentence was that Meek could no longer record music while he's on house arrest, which basically means he has to halt his career for three months.
Over the past few months, Meek has been promoting his Dreamchasers 4 project, and even released two four-song EPs, though it's now unclear if he'll be able to drop anything else before his sentence is over.
