The bars aren't wack. The quiet storm freestyle was straight crack. The rest of that shyt aaaite. But it's crazy how many of us in the hip hop/battle rap community just want Meek to fire back at Game and he simply can't do it :mindblown:
I hope he drops another track too, and would be disappointed if he didn't. I just don't think he has to dedicate every verse on every platform to Game in the meantime. DC4 is still highly anticipated and his Flex appearance is getting great reviews so I don't think he's been destroyed as much as it appeared initially. Again, I want a second diss too.

I have no problem with it, and never have. My only problem is his whole crew know every song and are ruining the punch lines by anticipating what is about to come next. I like when rappers are dolo spiting.

Both scenarios are corny, and aren't really hip-hop if you want to be technical. You cats clowned Drake fans for saying that they don't care if his sh*t is written, yet you all getting hyped for rehearsed/throwaway verses. Imo, it's the same sh*t, it doesn't matter how many artists do it.

But I forgot, this is TheColi where cats continuously move goalposts to drive their agenda home.

That sh*t drives me crazy when cats do this when I watch "freestyles", even in battle rap.

:what:

N*gga meek wrote the sh*t.What a stupid ass comparison. His "throwaway" lyrics that he wrote are harder than 95% of what's out.

Please show me these classic hot 97 freestyles that were real freestyles. I'll wait.

When cam'ron and juelz had that classic 15 minute freestyle half of the sh*t can spit was on sde. Camrons classic rap city freestyle was from a unreleased song

N*ggas are literally making up new rules on the fly just to find a way to not give meek his credit. :mjlol:

It is hip-hop but I agree it shouldn't be labeled as a freestyle. Maybe exclusive or unreleased or even just say Meek Mill came through and spit bars for the people. Drakes more than likely weren't written by him, I seriously doubt if Meeks bars were written by somebody else.

And I was disappointed when I found that Cam spit written verses. And Cam's Rap-City freestyles were verses from mixtapes & albums (I can't remember the exact songs at the moment). And I gave Meek credit, check earlier in the thread. I said the sh*t was average. It wasn't impressive at all.

Then we need a different term.
