Yeah when you hit those 30s you got to start working out a little and at the bare minimum monitor your diet a little closer than you did in your earlier years.

Those double cheeseburgers with a large side of fries and drink start hitting totally different as you get older.

As I stated in another thread you figure out that combo meal is running you 1,400-1,800 calories alone but you going on a little 30-45 minute jog and only burning 150-200 calories.

Shyt makes you a lot more mindful of what you put in your body.

Cats don’t realize that 1400 calories is literally a 10 mile run for someone who run regularly. It’s a numbers game, very simple. You body these 2000+ cal meals and don’t do shyt all week and wonder why the weight doesn’t go anywhere. The food, booze and soda/juice is just a lot to burn off when you are doing barely any kind of physical activity
