Wow, feels like I am listening to a different song than y'all cuz it's been on repeat since it dropped. Pure heat. Meek sounds super hungry.

Track is kool and all but his diss track sounds the same as his normal tracks. Thats not a good look.

theres nothing newish about meek.

hes been in plenty of battles on and off wax against straight ignorant dudes with nothing to lose. if he was gonna get exposed, it wouldve happened years ago.

cassidy is the one thats the easy target if they really get personal. thats yet another reason why i wont be surprised if meek wins this. i hope not but it wouldnt surprise me one bit.

you dam right, catering to outsiders is one of the reasons why rap fell off. and also a reason why alot of rappers never lived up to their potential**cough jadakiss cough**.

and man, im not even gonna say much cuz this post right below sums it up much better:

:myman:

F*CKN RIGHT!!!

yep. and on the flipside, im a bigger fan of louisianna's rap history than i am of philly's.

man, i'd bet my bottom dollar that amil's album is better than juice's whole catalog. we're tired of you yappin about that dude. bul prolly aint even thinking bout you neither.

this guy thinks hes zoo-man.:heh: you claim to be this big time fugitive thru most of my adult life, but youve been posting away on sohh(disclosing your entire identity in the process) throughout my entire adulthood. what type of rinky-dink search did they conduct on you? phone tap my @$$ sucka.

Meek is newish as a mainstream rapper :what: and if by outsiders you mean pop fans I meant people outiside of Philly :what: people outside of Philly who like rap but don't follow Philly rap won't know what's he talking about . Meek has way more to lose than Cassidy since really what does he have to lose ? Meeks the one with the buzzing rap career .
And if you niccas bring up nas and jay-z again this battle is no way comparable :whoa: nas and jay-z were both established artists who people knew about . Nonnyc people knew they history too they were both big . Meek and Cassidy not so much

i see that what i said went over your head.

the point is, you were talking about meek getting exposed if he had skeletons in his closet and that he better watch it because hes a "newish" rapper. thats when i said that this battle stuff is nothing new to him. if he was gonna get exposed, he wouldve got exposed years ago as hes been beefing with major players in the philly rap scene who didnt have much to lose and are some str8 ignant niccas. if they didnt pull his card, then what cards can rappers from outside the city possibly pull? case in point, him being newish to the mainstream means absolutely nothing.

get it now? and i doubt that cassidy has any cards to pull on bul.

i didnt bring up the nas/jay thing so what are you saying? lol. but since youre taking it there........yes, meek is one of the most popular rappers across the country right now. and cassidy was popular nationally before he went indie. so the idea that people outside of philly know nothing about their history as opposed to jay & nas a pretty weak theory. i guess youre holding jay & nas on some type of pedestal.

After finally hearing both tracks i still say that Meek don't really want it with Cassidy. Meek made a whole diss song and i don't feel he really said anything harmful to Cass at all, but at the same time it was a decent track too. But Cassidy's little bars at the end of his track let me no that if he dedicated a whole track to Meek he could make it real ugly real fast.
