That's the problem with having ghostwriters and why it's not acceptable.. The most difficult part of hip-hop is flow and lyrics (since most rappers don't make their own beats).. you can change your voice, autotune, deepen, soften it.. but if you legit want to be the type to say (Last name ever, first name greatest), you gotta have your own lyrics and your own flow. When you got somebody behind the scenes doing all that shyt for you, you're just a face.

This is hip-hop today though.. the mainstream is more so Hip-Pop than anything. Drake is a pop icon to me and has been since he pulled out a blackberry for a "freestyle".. Maybe I'm an old head but that shyt isn't part of hip hop man.
