Everywhere...You never there.
Both. Even after Flamerz Meek didn't really get known outside of the tri state until "Rose Red" And that wasn't until Flamerz 3.

I just ask that because I really think anyone with an "industry" ear could tell Meek separated himself from the pack with the Flamerz series...every release got progressively better, and by Flamerz 3 it was evident if any one of those dudes were gonna pop, it'd be him.

I'll add Philly rappers have always been so intensely local with their bars and delivery... some of the rawest, nicest spittas of ANY city, but waaaaaaay to local sounding. Meek was the only one who had a shred ... an iota of non-local sounding potential. Just local sounding enough, but nonlocal enough to be accessible.

And Petey and Young Chris,too... but that's another story.

215 Uptown!
Its typical Meek. If you like Meek you will like this.

The girl songs are terrible and the turn up songs are bland. Everything else is good. He shouldve just went all out and made it a introspective concept album centered around the title

Honestly if u want. You can take off "Whatever You Need" "Fall Thru" and "Open" And add the Meekend tracks "Left Hollywood" "Save Me" "Young nikka Dreams" and "Bag Talk" And you have the album u talking about.

He separated himself from Reed. But Jihad was still the one everyone thought was gonna pop even with Flamerz buzzing. Then the youtube punch happened............

49ers..Braves..Celtics
that hook from Quavo is catchy asf bruh :whew:

It been in my head all day

Pulled off in an Aston
Ten hoes in a mansion
Only two of 'em natural, other eight all plastic
They don't wanna go to college
But the brain intelligent
Make me wanna do the Heisman
When I drink the right medicine
Ball player, ball player
Crib in the Himalayas
Put my bytch in the streets
You put your bytch on the shelves
Big weight, fish scales
Blue bird in the mail
Feelin' like Blue's Clues
Here come the mail, I wanna yell
