bruh...it's been a week now since this shyt came out right??

I feel like I can farely say that I like this shyt.

When I bump it, the only song I want to skip every time is Connect The Dots.

Everything is is good to me. I fukk with this. I hope it does well
I dont fukk with that Uzi track, Connect the Dots or Ball Player.
He should have put Left Hollywood and one of his other loosies on here instead. This album didnt need to be 17 tracks. If theres one thing he takes away from his modest sales numbers, its that he he'll never be a crossover star again, so he should ONLY make music for his core fans and give us nothing but gritty street operas. As long as he does that, he will always have a career, because theres so many people who dont fukk with these mumble rapping soundcloud guys who only get by because of hot beats.

215 Uptown!
"Heavy Heart" is the best track on here but "Made from nothing" Is so damn soulful :wow:

"Why you think you never hear 'bout what they did to me?
Hunnid bands, quarter milli, talking big money
I want you dead? Aint nobody stopping shyt, homie
Cause honestly we give a fukk about your big homie
fukk it, posted in the jungle with a ladder
How can they compare me to a rapper?
Did it for attention 'cause he had to
nikkas broke, their opinions never mattered
fukk 'em!"

:wow:

7.5/10

Really good album. A bit too long for my liking. 13/14 tracks is enough with the amount of energy Meek brings to a project.

Could have done without:
Connect the Dots
Never Lose
Fukk that check up
Ball Player

Really enjoyed the Thug feature, one of the few times I've enjoyed his rapping. MMG is looking good again outside of the Wale brick, hopefully he can rebound. Looking forward to Port of Miami 2 later this year.
My thoughts exactly

Except i give this a 7/10

Meek is not a star, Drake won the battle, but this album is perfect encapsulation of this generation of rap.

1. Migos flow
2. Drill flow
3. Trap beats
4. All the catch words: bentley, maybauch, lambo, bando, molly, perc, lean, goon, paper. All there.
5. Double and triple time raps (different than the Migos flow)
6. Rapping real fast and fitting 89 words into a verse just to rhyme "ball", "fall", "call", and "want it all."
7. mixed in autotune
8. mixed rapping and singing.
9. future feature
10. rick ross feature
11. "whooo," "yeah," "bando," "yah," "whip it," in the background

I could go on. shyt is like NBA2kcreate-a-rap-album. its like, if you come 10 years from now and said what was rap like from 2014-probably a few years from now, this is the album to play for them. And I mean all this in a positive way. I really enjoy the album for what it is.
This is really accurate:ehh:
