This snitching shyt is played out and doesn't really matter. How can nikkaz like jadakiss call 50 a snitch one day and then the next day make a song with them.

It's just a cheap, easy shot.

Meek need to take a leaf out of Drake book and be more creative with the ether. 50s dress sense should be the ultimate angle for roasting.

The document doesn't have to be forged dummy

Since you are so concerned with "facts" and documents.

Now according to Bang Em, someone who at the time wanted 50's head, HE didn't file shyt. If there are criminal court proceedings the judge can opt to issue an "order of protection", aka a restraining order against the defendant off top to keep parties separate between court dates. This idea that 50 got shot and ran to the police on some "Can I please get a legal document that protects me from these guys :stopitslime: is fukking NONSENSE. Even if that was the case, it wasn't gonna protect him from bullets. What would be the fukking point?

This is what Bang Em said happened and he had no reason to lie about it being that he was taking every opportunity to shyt on 50 at the time. His story matches up with standard criminal court procedure in NY and elsewhere.

You've hinged your entire coli career on this order of protection shyt. What are you going to do with your life now?

Before I ether your argument, I want to say that I respect you for actually trying to form some semblance of a logical rebuttal, most 50 stans never do that when pressed about his snitching accusations, so kudos to you.

- Now to the crux of your argument, which is that:

1) The judge requested the order of protection after a third party, on his own accord, made a complaint to the police about the incident.

And the evidence that you provide to convince me of this fact is...

2) The testimony of bang em smurf

- First i'm gonna destroy the credibility of bang em smurf, which is the only support that you have for your bogus hypothesis.

1) Bang Em wasn't even at the hit factory incident(source).

2)Bang Em provided no paper work to back up his story, so we only have his word to go off on.

3)Bang Em changed up his story TWICE. You can't take the word of a person who is inconsistent over a legal document that was recorded with accuracy and reliability as its protocol.

He(Bang Em) originally claimed it was some guy named mark, reminder, he provided no paper work to prove it. Couple years later, he changes up his story and claims it was really yayo who snitched so he could sue murder inc.

Now, former G-Unit affiliate Bang Em Smurf has revealed in an interview on worldwideconnected.comthat Tony Yayo filed the order of protection. According to Smurf, 50's name was included because the incident took place during his studio session. Smurf also says that Yayo intended to file a lawsuit against the G-Unit assailants and that he had to be convinced otherwise."

However, this contradicts his originally statement, "50 or Yayo, none of them nikkas had nothing to do with it. My nikkas ain't no rats. I don't run with rats" - Bang em.(source)

Bang em is 100% unreliable, so present ME with some real counter evidence

- Now i'm going point out the fallacy in your argument about 50 not being a snitch, because the judge requested the order of protection for him.

1) Citing a source proving that it is possible that the judge can request a order of protecting for a victim is not evidence that in this specific case he in fact did. You haven't proved anything at all on that front but conjecture.

2) this talking point is IRRELEVANT. The judge requesting the order doesn't change the fact that the victim(which is 50) had to make some sort of complaint to law enforcement for them to be aware that an assault ACTUALLY happened to him. Judges, cops, and detectives can't magically sense when a crime occurs. So unless you have hard evidence proving that a officer witnessed the assault himself, 50 made a statement.

3) Your argument is a strawman - the truth value of 50 snitching in this case does not depend on if he personally issued the order of protection, it depends on if 50 made a statement to officers against the inc to CAUSE the order of protection. You're misrepresenting the argument by claiming that 50 being a snitch rest on if he requested the order of protection and you know it!

- Here is my final rebuttal to the last part of your argument regarding the convenient engineering who snitched for 50 cent

1) there is not one speck of tangible evidence to prove that this even happened.

2) Logically it makes no sense, the protocol for recording data in a legal documents for the police is that the data must be verifiable, reliable, and accurate, there is no way that a third party could convince an officer to make a statement for 50 himself. Plus, that sort of thing is ILLEGAL! 50 or the lawyers at interscope would've easily debunked that document if that was the case.

3) The document out right names 50 cent as one of the people making the statement.

The world isn't objective, it's anti Meek breh. The snitching for 50 is equivalent to the ghost writing for Drake. It should be the dagger that everybody :ohhh:s to but people don't seem to care right now. Peoples whole thing with Drake was "where is the hot track from Meek? That's why he lost" now they get a hot track from Meek going at 50 and they are pretending it's trash.
:manny: cold world

:snoop:

There is no paper work.

What there is, is a restraining order that was issued by the judge without request or any kind of consent needed. The fukk would he go ask for a piece of paper for when knives and bullets already been flying.

nikkas run with this narrative because people keep repeating it. It's the ONLY thing Jeff and Irv have to hold on to after getting run in the ground commercially...and none of it had anything to do with any song or testimony from Curtis. They just trying to take any kinda credit they can for what Preme was doing on some moral victory shyt.

Bang won't call 50 a snitch, Chaz neither and they have every reason to shyt on 50 and still don't. Bimmy from SUPREME TEAM won't co-sign anything other than 50 being official...but I guess some off brand message board nikkas got the real scoop.
