I know a few gay Muslims, so there was bound to be an imam to come out at some point. Though I will say Islam's stance on homosexuality is the harshest of the Judaic religions.

There is no way you continually perform homosexual acts and be considered muslim, the Quran expressly forbids it. If the Imam has gay urges and doesn't act on the urges he could be considered muslim. He is a kafir and giving into earthly desires were Allah clearly forbids it.

Every religion forbids homosexuality, no?
