I`m talking about the current epidemic. ATL is one of the biggest heroine hubs in the nation, but the consumers are mainly whites from rural areas/suburbs.

Dude....People have been kicking crack addiction for years man.......Now, it may take a jail sentence or two, or a major family intervention, but it happens...often
Its a lot harder for women to get off of it tho
I'm feel confident in saying that the majority dont recover from crack.....

I never researched it but it was a prevailing thought growing up
did a govt official drive down to the hood w/ a pack and personally hand it out to a drug dealer? likely not.
It was more or less done systematically.
Your life sucks, so you basically decide to destroy others and in turn you make a "bunch" of money. Given your upbringing, you(the drug dealer) have no self control and before you know it, you're doing too much, living too flashy & get locked up or get involved too deep. Now your life is destroyed along with everyone you've been dealing to, and the govt seizes whatever money you've made. Everybody Black loses. Along w/ this you're "inspiring" the youngsters who are growing up poor like you did to do the same thing

The shyt that most females whom were addicted to crack put themselves through for hits, is so emotionally scarring, that crack is the only thing that keeps them sane
Through all the rapes, sexual humiliations, abuse, etc, etc, its extremely hard from a psychological standpoint to bounce back from that......and that's tougher than the physical addiction that comes with crack...
