They have a very large menu but their menu has like 15-20% (dont know the exact % ) of items made with peanuts which people like me have a strong allergy to so that % of that menu holds us back from entering the restaurant (not worth the risk of the chef or server messing up the food/order, someone trying to share an item off their plate that may have peanuts in it, etc.)
I wonder if hes ever looked at the data to see if he cut out that 15-20% of PF Chang menu and removed all peanut related food options how many peanut allergy customers would make up the sales difference of the 15-20% of the menu that others may order.
Ive never ate at PF Changs but its pretty popular on the west coast
