word, nikkas on thecoli live in idealistic bizzaro land... they think any black man who has accrued wealth in a SYSTEM is going to somehow be its savior
:childplease:. this ain't the movies nikka... capitalism isn't rooted in collective empowerment like that.

dude made his wealth in finance/tech engaging in business acquistions, building connections and being surrounded primarily by non-blacks. is his wife surprising... or better yet, relevant?

take the gems and keep it pushing... better yet, accrue that wealth yourself and be that change you criticize rich blacks for NOT being.
This what im saying. I typically don't say anything cause rather than reflect on shyt, people call me a c00n. If you are making money in the system, you are not going
to cheat it. Period. As long as he stays in his lane, he is rich forever. Trying to be the "black savior" is how you get blackballed and hit by the IRS and some "random" shyt.

For everybody who didn't know this man existed before this thread, him "passing money to cacs" changes nothing about our lives. Its business as usual. If you ain't doing for yourself,
you will see, there is no magic solution. They have the system, they are the house. House always wins. Black Wall Street didn't crumble for no reason. Its going to take a collective
effort, not relying on the people who make *real* money to change everything. He is one of them, for all intents and purposes, and getting mad is pointless.

Edit: The following not apply to the man this thread is about. Stop quoting it.

BTW, just because he is *rich*, that don't mean he is wealthy. Wealthy people stay wealthy. The rich lose when markets go belly up. Wealth is land and resources, not cash.

Went to a convention where breh was speaking... Met him in person and really came across as impressive:ehh:

Trust me, almost 75%+ of the brothas on wall street are on some :mjpls:x1,000,000. And normally you get a feeling right off the bat. Even though his wife is white- I didnt pick up any c00n vibes AT ALL. Honestly seemed like a down to earth brotha, too. Which is impressive, because the private equity world is probably that most blatant "old boys club" in all of finance.

For any of you interested in finance, here is a good clip of him speaking about his experience:

will watch later tonight

Even tho his choice in women is very questionable (Ex-playmate and all), he is self-made. He can do as he please as far as his romantic relationships are concern.
