The United States in the next 15 years is facing a MAJOR shortage of Mechanics, Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC people etc........Literally not enough people here as it is to replace all the dying boomers. Anyone should be able to get that skill and start a biz hiring people just to work those skills. Some people think fear, I see opportunity. The brothas around me all on the same type time......Cacs dying off in droves and per the Census it's already started........Ain't gonna be enough of them in the future to have a "buffer" for anything. They're already scared to death and not having enough babies as it is.


The problem is this tho, what are people's solutions for dealing with the new Majority, which is going to be Hispanics.......All the guys you see now cleaning offices, cutting grass, building homes are a generation that is sending their kids to better schools to get educations they never had access to.
