None of that shyt was relevant. They had a 3rd party witness claiming he saw both Tory and kelsey firing the gun, Tory dumb ass said kelsey didn't do it so the logical conclusion was him.

I said she lied because the situation was embarrassing for her, the details of what lead up to the shooting was completely irrelevant.
