Yeah, a few years back. I think she got both plastic surgery and botox.

But here lately she's been looking better than she did when she 1st got the plastic surgery work done a few years ago. I think she's stopped doing the botox shyt.

When u first get surgery..it can swell your lips but it likely evens out down the line if u don't go overboard. Kylie Jenner has the right kind.
