Just to be spiteful. It's literally in the court documents. Right after her lawyers pointed it out they started okaying requests after months of denying them.

The dispute is over a couple things 1) whether her projects 'Something For the Hottie's' and 'Traumazine' count as albums to fulfill her contract. Per her contract, an album is anything made over 45 mins long at least 10 months after the previous project. Meg is arguing she's good to go after Traumazine, Carl is arguing that he had no say in the music she was making so they shouldn't count. Also SFTH contains previously released freestyles so that's in contention.

And secondly, who owes who money. Meg is saying she hasn't received royalties in years, 300 ENT her distributor has said and proved they've sent the money to 1501 to get bussed down and yet Meg has received nothing. They have some evidence that 1501 also attempted to get access to Meg's publishing checks and they have no authorization to do so. Carl says Meg owes him for recouping.

It's funny because Coli's actual favorite rappers barely chart or scrap pass 50k 1st week. Bongos definitely underperformed but it's still charting and we just can't say the same for A LOT of the shyt this board goes up for.

That said, Bongos was a waste of Meg, especially for her comeback to music.
