Yes I'm aware. She's also distributed by 300 (Atlantic) and this Roc Nation deal is a management deal. I'm just not sure what JPrince is getting at with the post. Is he congratulating dude for getting Meg to Roc Nation or is he insinuating Roc Nation stole her from him.
It's a warning... She's signed to the label. Being a manager don't mean shyt to do with your recording contract. She could hire you, me, uncle bob, or roc nation. They just gonna take a percent of HER profits. They don't touch her record deal money at all UNTIL after it goes through both label hands

Now companies will try it anyway. Try to snake a bytch away from some rinky dink local label.. But see now you got to deal with J Prince... So any plans for doing that (like signing her to management then getting in her ear to leave her label) ain't gonna fukking happen... Is what he's saying

You dorks need to realize you don’t need chart topping music to be hot. City girls and meg on fire in the streets and clubs with no chart topping hits.
you fakkits need to realize that im not saying she isnt hot or has no songs that a segment of people bump, im comparing her to cardi b, the same person everybody else compares her to and says she's taking her spot so get off my dikk

in order to maintain the hype of being the number 1 female rapper in a field that is the most competitive it's been in over 15 years she is going to have to stand out from the pack and capitalize with undeniable crossover hits that are being played by more than just "the streets and clubs"(and I can promise nobodys gonna be bumping hot girl summer in the clubs in a few weeks so she'll only have cash shyt) because the honeymoon period doesnt last forever..

cardi had similar buzz and hype and capitalized on it with bodak yellow & I like it, im just waiting for meg's version so that the hype can match the musical success otherwise itll die down and while she'll still be successful she wont be on that prime nicki/cardi level

Honest question - what does signing to Roc Nation really mean today, and how are they going to help her do things she wasn’t doing already/could’ve done outside of Roc Nation?

Dude she most likely been singed to roc nation that is why she has the buzz she has now.
It’s just now they are reveling it.

They are well connected, so aligning with them opens up a lot of opportunities for deals with big name companies, as well as the ones Jay-Z already owns such as TIDAL, Armand De Brignac (Ace of Spades), D’ussé, Made In America etc. it’s also opens up chances to collaborate with other big name artists and producers, as many are signed there. Signing with them is like putting your career on steroids.

anybody know when all that buzz and hype will translate into musical dominance that matches it?

the hype wont be the same and theyll have a new bytch next year, 2017-18 was cardi and she capitalized on that with a bunch of hits, 2019 has been megs year for everything but making chart topping music, so I hope she capitalizes on it soon, hot girl summer doesnt count either and nobodys gonna be bumping that two weeks from now when fall hits
At least let her try to win, breh. She just got the ball rolling.:mjlol:

I actually think she's got what it takes like a 2019 version of Lil' Kim and Foxy Brown except she writes her own rhymes and styles herself. She's 100% authentic.:wow:
