:francis: I feel like in order to get in the game, you have to take the slave deal because you hear the same situation everytime
:duck:

in order to get the bag you take bad deals then gain exposure and see that you really fumbled the bag early n have regrets

another didn't read my contract moment... a tradition in rap it seems it has become to take this L.

people don't wanna learn :yeshrug:

What does it or have to do with her deal? Doesn't Carl Crawford run his label independently?

she only been popping a year and she's already went through the publicity relationship and label woes check points.
ticking them boxes off early.

she's going to end up owing Roc Nation, Lyor, Carl and J Prince (the man gets his cut)
shell be on on Love & Hip-Hop shaking her bloated alcoholic belly and wearied cheeks for Rich Dollaz competing with Erica Mena or Cyn Santana for a song.
Bruh :hhh:

in the world of social media and YouTube signing a bad contract as an entertainer isn't your only option.
I don’t get it.

"When I signed, I didn't really know what was in my contract."

Everything you're saying is irrelevant. Listen to what she is saying.

No one knows what’s in their first contract

who can read legal ease.

this is not the someone behind a fool it’s the sad nature of the business

Did she really need a major label? This is a rinse repeat situation every time. Stay indie, sometimes the “look” isn’t always worthy if these record labels gonna keep your career from going forward.

Of course she needs a major label and financiers. Female artists are money pits with high upkeep. You rarely make your money back.

You'll spend an easy six figures on just hair, makeup & stylist. Meanwhile, a male artist can wear a fitted, white tee and joggers to every appearance with no problem.

Look at Megan. Without her look, nobody is really checking for her. Carl Crawford spent millions to get her the buzz and look she needed to be recognized. The sales numbers haven't matched the buzz and she stopped promoting her Fever mixtape, which further put her in the hole. I highly doubt she's anywhere close to recouping.
