I think Roc Nation/T Farris got in her ear and convinced her she should be getting way more money so now she thinks Carl was robbing her when the reality of the situation is Carl's money was doing all the heavy lifting while she just focused on being the artist. You can tell this is how it went down based on what she's saying in her Breakfast Club interview. Somehow she thinks that because Carl wasn't on the tour with them that he wasn't doing anything. She doesn't seem to have any idea how the business side of the music business works.
