It's worth it to keep them in check. You make an example and others will learn or at least think twice.Only 59k. She probably spent more then that on lawyers.
You're missing context, people were asking if it was true a megan sextape leaked, she was replying to people claiming it was true while directing people to her likes to find the video. No, somebody else did. She liked it and told people to check her likes back when you can could see them on Twitter.
Surprised she couldn’t get recognized as media and get this thrown out actually.
I’m not saying she shouldn’t have been sued. She just didn’t post it. Nobody knew if it was real or not. This was before what we know ai videos to be now. You're missing context, people were asking if it was true a megan sextape leaked, she was replying to people claiming it was true while directing people to her likes to find the video.
She did that knowing the video was fake, thats textbook defamation, and she was getting paid to do this which makes it worse.
She did according to Milagros lawyers, but not on the other points. No, somebody else did. She liked it and told people to check her likes back when you can could see them on Twitter.

Jeremy tells TMZ, "The Final Judgment of the Court is that Ms. Cooper is not liable for Defamation. Ms. Cooper ultimately prevailed on Ms. Pete's leading accusation, Defamation, and the jury awarded a nominal amount of damages compared to millions of dollars Ms. Pete demanded."
That's not exactly right ... there's been no final judgment yet, but he's referring to the jury determining Milagro is a "media defendant." Under Florida law that means Megan would have to send a cease and desist letter to Milagro before filing the lawsuit ... which she did not.
As a result, the judge could toss the defamation damages -- totaling $16K -- and reduce Megan's award to $59K. But, that won't be determined until Judge Cecilia Altonaga issues her final written order in the case. Plus, Milagro will still be on the hook for Megan's attorney's fees ... which could be in the millions of dollars!
It doesn't matter who posted it first, just that she directed people to the video knowing it was fake but maliciously telling people it was real.I’m not saying she shouldn’t have been sued. She just didn’t post it. Nobody knew if it was real or not. This was before what we know ai videos to be now.
Not the suing, but the fear of saying anything negative or critical - it just doesn't happen with RN artists...Who has Jay-z sued for shyt like that except Buzbee? Who has Rihanna sued? Beyonce?
These people are the biggest brands and defamed constantly, but somehow it's the Roc Nation way![]()
Oh wow, she might have just hit the lotto. Judge may have to throw this out. LolShe did according to Milagros lawyers, but not on the other points.
the knowing it was fake thing is the catch. Nobody really knew for sure when it happened. She even said I don’t know if it’s real or not.It doesn't matter who posted it first, just that she directed people to the video knowing it was fake but maliciously telling people it was real.
Just one of three counts. It’s already been established.Oh wow, she might have just hit the lotto. Judge may have to throw this out. Lol
She will likely have to cover her attorney fees, and Megan has money to burn. The blogger....not so much. But something tells me you might see that as a W for the blogger.Yes, but most bloggers don't make alot of money.
You can't get money out of ppl who have none.
Unless part of anything she makes will go to Stallion?
She put up $1 million to win only $75k?
Kinda looks like a lose lose.
Anyone correct me if I'm wrong.

Courts are saying otherwise.No. Their both in the wrong. They're both losing.
