Thing that stinks for Columbus is you knock out the 2 best teams in the league in b2b rounds and ur still only at the conference finals,theres still no guarantee they get to the cup final after doing that....I dont think they'd lose to Carolina but that'd be a huge let down...

Jason Botchford died of apparent heart failure.
He was by far the best writer covering the Canucks and I was gonna re-up on The Athletic just to read his stuff. Unbelievable.
I just saw, dude was only 48 had young kids, was a great writer funny quirky interesting shocking and so sad
Yeah, this one upset me. I've never seen another writer from one of my teams make the squad more fun to follow. He was like a voice for the fans and interacted with them but also had great insights into the players, called out management/coaching, poked fun, etc. The team wasn't even that good but he still made them interesting. Such a sad situation.
