Everywhere...You never there.
These nikkas are probably weird and corny as fukk to Melo.

This instantly popped in my head. Look at Iverson at Georgetown listening to Raekwon-Ice Cream before the game

and look at these new these nikkaz singing these pop records from 2000. It's just foreign to Melo.

All things considered, younger kids are a lot more open minded towards everything than we were in the 90s. I wouldn't be caught dead listening to Vanessa Carlton let alone singing it on camera. We had to be hard and couldn't come off soft. There's definitely been a change in philosophy where kids tend to listen to multiple genres and are just more liberal about their interest which is cool........& still weird as fukk if you're older and grew up like Melo did.

I was just about to post "what happened to men listening and rapping to DMX, Wu, OutKast, Pac, BIG on the bus?" Shyt that allowed for escapism of the world's ills and provided some semblance of insight. White girl Pop shyt wasn't allowed in the rap sing along. It wasn't even considered. On one hand you can say they're more liberated and open ... but it can also be viewed as a strategy to continue to deliberately appear as the safe, non-threatening Negro. Now, I'm sure a few folks fukked with Vanessa Carlton type ish back in the day, but you reserved singing that shyt w/ your wife/girl and your daughter. :smh:

I believe it's indicative of how these dudes have tried to abandon the black consciousness ... #NewBlack , y'all.

...and who woulda thunk KillaKlay would be playin' the cut on some:russell::ld:?

:salute:

This needs to be an official smiley :dead:

really... need a petition.

Nah b. I'm 26 and this is some shyt you only do at college frat parties when you're young. Jimmy legitimately bumps that shyt there's a difference.
