A Blake-Chandler front court looks real nice on paper, especially in the East. The Knicks would actually be winning if this trade went down, but I don't see the Clipps making this deal though.

Trade wouldnt be bad for the Clippers. Last time Carmelo played with a great PG he came 2 games away from the Finals.

Knicks would be worse off in this trade. Where would the consistent scoring be and the mandatory Mike Woodson iso plays? Blakecant carry a team like that...especially one with no PG play at all.

Yeah, but Blake/Jordan would be the best frontcourt in the East outside of Chicago, and probably better than them. And Chandler is at least a LITTLE better than Jordan, and considerably better in my personal opinion.

they're not a contender either way. Blake's 5 years younger and can't leave in the summer. would be good for them long term imo

I don't see Chandler being considerably better than Jordan. He might be a little better offensively(neither are great) but Jordan has really stepped his rebounding and shot blocking up this year. I know Chandler's only played 10 or so games this year but I've really been impressed by Jordan's improvements under Rivers and I don't think there's very much of a difference between the two at this point.
