Melo has better stats in almost every category then kawhi,and people think kawhi better?

I kinda gotta stand my ground on this one. kawhi is still only 24, with a shytload of experience. he may never average 25 ppg, but dammit, his defense negates the 4ppg scoring that melo might get you. plus you simply cannot deny his efficiency.

what kinda SF shoots 48% from the 3 point stripe and 88% from the FT line outside of dirk???

While, alternatively Leonard is on the top tier team pedigree wise in the whole league and the disparity in coaching is a crater like ravine.
When compared to who melo has had as a coach his entire time in the league.
nikkaz bringing up Leonard when his timeline incomparison as a skill player is totally inferior to melo's thirteen year career.
If you gon compare a thirteen year vet who been the best or tied with the best at his position his whole career.

He can't play on the spurs and That's exactly why Melo isn't better. He isn't a team player and doesn't have the basketball iq to thrive in that system the way Leonard does. Part of the reason he never played for a contender and contending teams were iffy about him.
