The GAWD Cowherd made a good point today about Melo & the whole ring chasing/staying for the money argument. Melo's career was never gonna be judged by rings (he's only been out of the first round TWICE in his career) so I don't know why we keep criticizing him for not goin somewhere to try and win. For his career a ring doesn't matter. He'll be known for being a great scorer, a top 5 Knick ever at the very worst...he was never gonna be apart of the Bron/Magic/Kobe/MJ/Bird/Russell GOAT discussion so let him get his money. If melo wants to get paid fine, i don't like the charade he pulled in lying talking about it's all about winning. The bulls had other opportunities elsewhere but we wasted our time on someone who just wanted to be courted and wasn't serious about leaving the knicks.
