All the red lines you see above correspond to new projects either currently under construction, or soon to break ground. Essentially the new skyline will stretch all the way from Biscayne Bay to I95.
Brickell is already at full occupancy and there is a huge demand for new residential options. Current residents are a bit wary of all the construction currently happening as roads are often clogged with traffic and sometimes blocked off completely with no warning, but growing pains were of course expected.

That is pretty cool. Still kinda crazy how small Miami is population wise. Looking at Wiki, Miami is only like 400k and change.
