One of the GOAT moments of his career imo

Probably one of the last times I felt like a mark again watching :wow:

We seen that urn get disrespected a lot as kids and that STILL had us like :lupe:

shyt was epic as far as promo are concerned.
Plus, punk swagged't on the rock on the mic , pre-dating this , too.

Yet, and still....
If the summer of punk II, was never ruined.
We really would have never needed the rock to come back and wrassle cena, for the title.
Plus, it could have created a new boom and db would be me tier guy 1a, too.
So, there would have been two real grassroots stars to create a new boom.
That was devoid of the past stigma of the other booms.
As the talent of db and punk is, so closer to standard reality lookwise. It would have made for interesting pr, to pr the differences between the past two booms of hogun and scsa.
In comparison to db and punk, as the new faces of a new boom.

Wwe does not realize it,...
Yet, they could seriously book themselves into death even as a public company.

You are really this fooled by narcissistic people?

I see it pays to be a narcissist, in a narcissistic country.

Fooled? By what? A character on a tv show? Because that's what HHH is to me: a character on a tv show. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't know Paul Levesque personally. He is not the Devil to me, like he seems to be to a lot of fans. What I love about wrestling is that even though fans know it's a work, they still get so pissed off about it. And as much as I get invested in the promos, action and great wrestlers like Punk and Bryan, I don't take it to heart or lose sleep when they lose. Just like I laughed my ass off last night when Cena beat Sandow clean, even after being injured, beat down and taking Sandow's two finishers: because I knew what the reaction to it would be.

Punk and Bryan have been my two favourite wrestlers since I started watching them in ROH. And i'm happy to see both of them doing so well. Would I have preferred the Summer of Punk II go differently and have seen them make Punk as legit as Cena? Yes. Would I have preferred to see Bryan win on Sunday and get a long title reign? Of course! Like I said above, I still think the endgame of this story should be HHH tapping out to Bryan. If that doesn't happen, if it's the same as when HHH beat Punk in the Summer of Punk II with no return and the new number one babyface, 'Stone Cold' Big Show, beats HHH instead, it is what it is. Punk and Bryan are gonna feud with the Wyatts now and try to help elevate them in the process. And i'm looking forward to the promos and the matches. That's what entertains me: great promos, angles and matches. I don't give a shyt about tv rating or buyrates. HHH may have made Bray Wyatt take out Bryan and Punk... but he ain't the Devil to me.

Whats funny to me is that people who take this shyt more seriously are those who claim that they have been watching pro-wrestling the longest :russ:

C Jericho is currently doing an "Ask Me Anything" on Reddit.com.

Question: Was your twitter shot at HHH last week part of story lines, or were you genuinely annoyed?

Chris_Jericho: I was drunk at the time.

Redditor: Ohhh can't wait for the dirt sheets to see this one.

Chris_Jericho: Extra Extra!-Chris Jericho drinks sometimes…and he's OF AGE!!

Question: How do you really feel about HHH?Chris_Jericho: Good guy. Doing a good job taking over the reigns of the WWE. Really who else could do it?

You really can not blame edge.
His run and his body were collateral damage.
for how poorly the talent was handled administratively.
After cripple ache ruined the boom period, satisying his ego.
Just like vkm, satisfying his ego and mismanaged the acquisition of wcw, and ecw.

You can not blame edge for being there.
It was not his fault, at all.

The big show ain't going over, either.
You know how this works out,...
Remember mania2ooo......

They are just using big show's mainstream.
is he Andre the giant appeal via simple x's and o's?
Sckraight out the carni ideal of, the bigger is better vkm Playbook.

I had it figured out from day one...Bryan is the focus by Jan 2014 but the reaction it gets to those thinking he's finished even though he went over Cena clean as it gets is comical. I'm dealing with children so alot of things have to be slowed and dumbed down sometimes it seems. They think rating losers like Blandy REALLY count.

What baffles me...

...is how come when anyone else cuts a promo, it's viewed as a promo. Nothing more, nothing less, no matter how badly it portrays the other guy. But when HHH cuts a promo, it's seen as an evil-spirited, 100% genuine shoot from deep inside the heart of a hateful man on a quest to destroy the other guy's career?! :russ:

It's just hilarious to me. And the funniest thing is that I saw it coming a mile away. I knew that when this D-Bryan storyline started, the internet reaction to HHH's involvement was gonna be like Booker T and CM Punk combined... and true to form, I have not been let down.

I do think a lot of that promo was a lil' over the top... but let's not forget it's a heel and a storyline about a guy that they don't want to become champion cause they don't feel he's cut out to be the #1 man. Anyone who's smart should know where this is going without having to worry about what some promo means to Bryan's entire career, like anyone's gonna give a shyt when he finally gets the big win and officially has his run with the title.

You did watch Raw last night right?
