Why do people get mad when Meltzer says "maybe" or "plans change"?

You know he's getting details from people in a company where a 70 year old man micromanages and changes scripts and booking at the last minute all the time

Funny how well i dont know about todays dvds but earlier dvds where when theyd reference wcw to shyt on them the superstars would always bytch about how nitro would change plans last minute and thats all wwe does
