WWE Taking Extra Steps To Keep SummerSlam Plans A Secret - SEScoops
I know we take things Dave says with a grain of salt but I find this pretty interesting since they want to keep the ending a secret to 99% of the company.
Sidenote, I remember asking in a thread if everyone backstage knew all the match finishes and someone who said they interviewed at WWE before, claimed that the employees in Stamford knew finishes...
With this in mind do you think anything big will happen if their don't event want to tell Joe, Reigns and Braun the ending? Also how much of a hold did Brock have over Vince when he re-signed to get creative control?
WWE Taking Extra Steps To Keep SummerSlam Plans A Secret - SEScoops
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, members of WWE management who would usually know the plans in advance haven’t been told yet who will win the Universal Title match at the pay-per-view. The word right now is that the writing team, producers, and even the wrestlers in the match are all being kept in the dark about plans for the night.
One person who has been told the plan is Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. Lesnar’s contract reportedly stipulates that he must know creative plans in advance.
