My belief is we make time for what we want. You right everyone resources different but if you have a smart phone you have the resources at your finger tips. There are tons of home work out programs for free through apps. When my wife cant make it to the gym due to life shyt she uses Amazon prime free workouts. My wife 41 a forensic accountant, we also have our own business with 3 kids. Two teens and a 5yr olld. Illl tell you my wife body is emaculate because she makes time for herself to take of herself. It can be done if you want it enough.
