She's tool old to be chasing the youngins but looks good to have to settle for guys in her age bracket (finding breh's like me who are not is not easy )


When you're 40 it, you too young to be legit but are looked at as being flabbynisck: by the youngins.


If you're not established by then, time moves fast. You feel like you've done too much to move forward, and its too late to go back and fix shyt.

I’m 35 and those thoughts of being washed and not being able to get past my past are def there but you just have to look at it like fukk it Ima make the next 35 years (god willing) the best

You just have to plan ahead. Take care of the little details. Don't like small shyt slide.

When you turn 40, you have to be more focused so start now. Make it a habit. Most people in their 20's take time for granted.

When you're 40 you start to see shyt different.

In the relationship department, shyt is going to start to get real. Even if you keep your body right and can pass for 30, the moment you state your age, you are going to get the face from that 24 year old you've been casually plotting on. That's when it's really going to hit you Even if it's one out of five or ten, that ONE moment will humble you.


Make sure you got good to decent credit. And be making at lest $50k a year by the time you're 40. If you're single with no kids, there's no excuses.


It's not going to be easy and nothing I say can prepare you for what's going to happen. You can't eat like you use to. You can't play sports like you use to. shyt will change

You definitely don't want to procrastinate. I look pretty much the same way I did at 35 as I do at 40. But you have to deal with the stigma, stereotypes and expectations (good and bad) that comes with hitting 40. It is what it is.

I feel you. I'm 29 and Im in no more time to waste mode, no more excuses for carrying the flaws or mistakes of my late teens/20's.

No more drinking, smoking, procrastinating, bad relationships, fake friends, bad diet, halfway exercising etc...

Getting prepared to go into my 30's living my best life so no matter what I'm comfortable and in a position to give back to society..not just work/hustle.

I'm all about me. No loans to give, no time to spare until im fully established mentally, spiritually, financially & physically.

I've seen people die at 40 and take their flaws too their deathbead. That's what motivates me...not reaching my full potential would leave me depressed no matter how much money I make.

I think part of it is being able to block everything and everybody but God out your mind to truly Excel and be content.

Not measuring your life by your peers or celebrities. Not accepting other people's perceptions or judgments of you. That's why I love the Bible...it's all about redemption and overcoming, from young to old. The Most High is with us and seeing the best in us no matter what we or the world think of ourselves.

I haven't found one that i want to join yet but that's one of the good things about a real "church" (community of believers). They don't judge each other and they truly have a desire to help each other reach their full potential no matter what your past or present is.

I'm just working on me right now. I've set goals to reach within the next 5 years and briefly detailed things to achieve yearly in order to progress my life/career.

But yea man my bday is dec 5th and I’ll be 35. Not going to lie I’ve been trash lol toxic to the Max. Lost great women and curved great opportunities. Drank too much and just partied too much. Lost money lost a lot of good things. But I know I meant for something great. Just gotta break bad habits and learn to believe.
