Maybe she did get permission but something is funny about the situation, cause you don’t post pics of yourself or friends in gruesome accidents like that, obviously they are trying to garner sympathy from the public for donations.

even if she had insurance its not gonna cover the cost of this, they have a max on the amount they will pay per accident. but damn i didn't know jeeps tipped over all the time, i always thought i was super safe in mine you can drive that baby up a steep mountain without problems lol.

I was never involved in a car accident as an adult but don’t insurance cover the cost for incidents like a hit and run or drivers without insurance? I thought uninsured / underinsured motorist coverage was mandatory.

UIM is usually not mandatory. but even if you have it, most times its not enough to cover a major accident. like her state of california requires at least $15,000 coverage and most people just get the minimum to comply with law and let their health insurance cover the rest. you can add additional coverage or medical payments coverage but most people don't.

Most are subject to elogs now which limit the drivers schedules. I have to support them at my job you will be surprised how many drivers never properly followed the regulations they do anything for the bag smh.

i hate to say i was terrified to see her from what I was told, that she had been ejected from her Jeep, and her skull had been fractured and needed emergency surgery, as i went to the hospital to be by her side, the woman you see in these photos, WAS NOT THE WOMAN, laying in the bed as i held her hand, i dont want to describe the visual, but its branded in my brain!

i had to lift her up, and had to feed her, however through that she still was strong but severely mentally and physically damaged,
