Nowadays, these skinny Gen Z dudes aint built for combat. None of them.

I think this only applies to Gen Z, growing up in the 2000s the average street nikka could beat up the average square due to simply having simply more experience fighting. Street nikkas was like in the 6th/7th grades already had multiple fights and they haven't even got to high school yet. The street nikkas must have had like 10+ fights by middle school. Most squares only have 2 or 3 fights at most before graduating High School.
