You must be from a warm weather place. I mean most offices and shyt up north are heated obviously but wearing a hoodie isn't going to make you overly hot in a building
I like being extra warm so I wait til I'm partially sweating before I get down to just my t-shirt.

How many jobs has Jay gotten on the premise that he has an "ear for talent" when the truth is it was the people around been (namely Bleek and Dame) that were responsible for finding those artiest ( State Prop/ Kanye/ Rick Ross etc etc)
