I don't know if these officers were regular patrolmen or part of one of those gang/vice/drug taskforces but police officers who deal with violent and disgusting criminals/areas should not be allowed to perform routine traffic stops or engage with civilians without warrants. They are just too violent and can't be trusted to have civil interactions without escalations.
