How does no one see this? I work my time. I’m not gon lie, before this I did more but at this rate, if you didn’t hit before or during 2020, it’s gone be tough going forward to buy a 500k dump in the bad part of town. Perhaps if the market crashes prices may drop, but then …..

see what you saying but after my divorce I worked between 60 to 80 hours a week to stay afloat with two jobs. And really they shouldn't no you work two job's.. Only one of my jobs knew I had another job... My job with the city didn't now even tho I was supposed to tell them..... It's none of their business
