I prefer a friendly woman over a aggressive one. Because I tend to be a passive person and that aggressiveness comes off as hostile to me

aggressive just means you're willing to go out and get'em. It doesn't mean angry, crazy, or hostile.

Like if a chick sees a guy in the bar she likes, and she gets the idea he may be into her too, she goes up and talks to him rather than waiting for him to come over.

This may surprise you, @electric_fur, but I prefer mine a little more on the assertive side. Obviously not in a crazy or aggressive way, just in a way that allows for clear, forthcoming communication and some scintillating back and forth once in a while. To me, they make for more interesting conversation and let me know that they intend on being a partner in a relationship rather than just a hanger-on. Besides, I have a really hard time engaging on the same level as a woman without the wherewithal to tell me things.

With all of that said, I think that there is a huge variety of what people would define as "aggressive" and what they'd define as "subdued." When I say assertive, I'm basically saying have a backbone with the tact and patience to match.

Outright submissive women just bore me, I guess.

If there is a mutual attraction, Im open to any set of behaviors when we first meet, as long as shes responsive and engaging. If she wanna approach me, and Im feeling her, then half the battle is won right there.

As long as we not talking thirst, blow ya phone up type chicks...then i will say i do love an aggressive go-getter type woman.

I live down south and all these hoes in my area play that subdued, come get me role. The problem being 99% of these chicks ain't got shyt going for them to be demanding nikkas to chase after them like all that....a nikka ends up playing way to many games with a bunch of below average women and it get's super frustrating and downright annoying.

As long as you can take rejection like a man, ie without all the drama, attitude and histrionics, i ain't mad atcha.
