Men, how do you feel about large areolas?

I have big areolas and i've always been pretty self-conscious about them and i hate taking off my bra when it comes down to 'getting down'.
I'm a 36dd and my areolas are like 3 inches in diameter.
Do men really care about this stuff? Is it a turn off?
